Owned and operated by welcoming hosts Philippa and Peter this is the perfect place to stay to immerse yourself in the unique culture of this beautiful part of England.
Ash Meadows Guest House is located a short walk North-East of Kendal town centre and is easily accessible for users of public and private transport (less than half a mile from Kendal Railway Station). We have ample on street parking and off street parking at weekends and school holidays. The guest house is perfectly situated to give easy access to all Kendal and the Lake District have to offer. We have secure inside cycle storage and a drying room for guests who enjoy exploring the great outdoors.
We have three beautifully decorated double rooms available, two standard doubles which we are happy to offer for single occupancy at a discounted rate, and one KIng sized double with bath and shower. All rooms have their own modern en suite facilities containing toilet, shower, wash basin and heated towel rail. The rooms themselves have beautiful furnishings, quality bedding and the usual modern conveniences such as a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Please note that the whole site is non-smoking.
When you stay at Ash Meadows Guest House we do all we can to ensure that you have a restful break. Our rates include full English Breakfast or continental if you prefer. We do our best to accommodate special diets if informed in advance.
